We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Julian Brown, a director of RenewableUK in a non-executive position here at Samuel Knight International.

Julian brings over 20 years of wind industry experience to our team and will be a key driver in building further relationships for Samuel Knight International within the renewable energy talent market.

Holding several senior board positions across the energy space, Julian held the position of chairman for RenewableUK for several years, and is still, the director for the leading trade association.

Julian boasts extensive strategic, commercial and wind industry experience, developed through a long-standing career as vice president and country manager for offshore wind business, Vestas, regionally, he is chair of Newton Aycliffe based Tekmar Group plc. Julian was also recently appointed as chair of BVG Associates, a specialist offshore wind industry consultancy.
